What you call "英語" in your topic title is actually loanwords from English.
The title "Don't you think many people want to use English so often?" is somewhat misleading.
Readers might take it that the OP is uncomfortable with Japanese people who like to speak English, but she doesn't mean that.
You should choose the correct word, when you ask for their opinions.
