Even if you know it's random, it's still frustrating when all three are the same. Plus, when you order online, you can't choose for yourself, so it's understandable to wonder, "Were they mixed properly?"

Even though the probability is not zero, it's a matter of feeling, isn't it...
If it's really bothering you, I think it would be fine to contact the shop as a way of "confirming" rather than complaining. You could say something like, "I heard the packaging is random, but I received three of the same design. Could you please confirm that this is okay with the specifications?" in a non-committal way.
