欧米の場合、出生率上昇は事実婚とか婚外子とか関係なくて、移民に生ませてるだけだから。
グローバリゼーションと新興国の追い上げで雇用環境が崩壊した先進国の少子化対策は
欧米のやってる、多産地域からの移民受け入れと
その子に出生地主義で国籍を与え出生率統計に含めるというもの以外
解決策はないよ。
