NFL、つまりアメリカンフットボールの世界トップリーグ
MLB（メジャーリーグ）、つまりベースボールの世界トップリーグ
この両方で、最低1試合でも選手として出場した者はこれまで、合わせて67人もいる

その中でも
この両方のプロスポーツリーグで、ほんの数年でもチーム主力級の成績を残したのは
30年近く前のボー・ジャクソンぐらいしかいない
しかも、彼は同時期に掛け持ちして、両方のプロ選手としてプレーしていた
ディオン・サンダースはアメフトでは超一流も、ベースボールでは準レギュラーだった

大谷翔平が投手と野手の二刀流で騒がれているけど
ボー・ジャクソンはベースボールとアメフトの二刀流だった
